I hadn’t had sushi in quite a while because it’s hard to find a place that feels truly fresh, authentic, and satisfying but Sushi Masa completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Anytime I wanted more food or needed a recommendation, someone was always nearby and ready to help. The variety here is impressive; everything from sushi rolls and miso soup to teriyaki dishes and desserts. And yes, they have green tea ice cream, which I absolutely love. Sushi Masa has officially become my go-to sushi spot in the Plano area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great quality, friendly service, and a wide selection without breaking the bank.

We went for the ayce dinner special for about 35 a person and it was definitely worth it! The service was extremely fast and the sushi was fresh. Our server Charlotte was so kind and attentive. We can't wait to come back!

Nice place! Loved the options. There are some great options for vegetarian sushi too! I didn’t do the all you can eat this time but I would definitely try it on another visit. It’s super slow also because of the sheer size and unlimited ordering which is understandable but frustrating to wait almost 30-40 minutes for food as well. It would be best to get your order in quickly.

We went to Sushi Masa again today with family, and once again, everything was great. Ryan gave us outstanding service—he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I wasn’t feeling well, so I only ordered a bowl of soup while my kids and nephews enjoyed the all-you-can-eat sushi. Ryan made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We’ve never been disappointed here—amazing food and consistently excellent service. Highly recommend! I’ve been to Sushi Masa a few times now—with coworkers, family, and friends—and every visit has been a great experience. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with a warm and welcoming vibe. It’s one of those places that surprises you—in the best way. The food is excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. My absolute favorites are the **sashimi** and all the **rolls**—everything is beautifully prepared and consistently delicious. One of the best parts is that **it’s all-you-can-eat**, and the price **even includes one alcoholic drink**, which makes it an amazing value. I loved it so much that I brought out-of-town friends and family back with me, and they were just as impressed. Everyone always leaves full and happy! Went in for lunch and tried out the all you can eat. The menu is generous with their options, the rolls have a lot of rice but overall the flavors are fantastic. The Shaggy dog and 255 rolls were our favorites. It's great having small portions for the appetizers and being able to try a lil bit of everything

I came here for the first time this evening and had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is pretty big and busy. They mix modern interior with traditional decor to provide a welcoming environment. They offer AYCE sushi and or a la carte sushi along with other kitchen items such as hibachi, rice bowls, and noodle soups. The hostess in the front greeted me upon arrival, they did their best to accommodate my requests which I’m very thankful for! My server was Tony and he was very friendly and attentive! I met the managers, Tim and Andy, and they were both very kind and generous people! I loved that everyone helps out one another here, they have a great flow of team work. The other servers were kind enough to assist in clearing my tables as well as serving the plates. The food was great as well. The sushi was fresh and not the frozen discolored fish you see at other AYCE sushi restaurants. The sushi chefs worked quickly and efficiently, and plated beautiful pieces. They also have an extensive drink menu while offering different tiers of liquors and a good selection of beer and wine. I had an overall wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
